of services via the ISCRIPT platform. Please note that ISCRIPT reserves the right to modify
these Terms at any time and may suspend or terminate your access to both the platform and the
services offered by ISCRIPT without prior notice to you.
This Agreement takes effect when you click an “I Accept” button or check box presented with these
terms or, if earlier, when you use any of the Services (the “Effective Date”). You represent to us
that you are lawfully able to enter into contracts (e.g., you are not a minor). If you are entering into
this Agreement for an entity, such as the company you work for, you represent to us that you have
legal authority to bind that entity.
(Background) SCOPE OF TERMS
MEDICAL SERVICES AU PTY LTD (ISCRIPT)(referred to as “We,” “Our,” or “Us”) operates the MEDICAL SERVICES AU PTY LTD (ISCRIPT) online platform designed for booking and managing medical services, as well as related technologies (hereinafter, the “Platform”). The Platform facilitates of our services and offers various associated features for Patient Users. This category encompasses both Patients themselves and Authorized Persons who are authorized to act on behalf of the Patient.
Within these Terms, when the words “You” or “Your” are used, they refer to a Patient User, which includes both the Patient and/or an Authorized Person, as applicable, utilizing the Platform. Additionally, you can find definitions for other capitalized terms at the end of these Terms.
These Terms outline the conditions under which We grant You access to the Platform. By using and accessing the Platform, You are consenting to be bound by these Terms, which may be subject to revisions from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any such changes will be made publicly available on Our website or communicated to You through methods such as email or notifications within the Platform. The updated version of these Terms will be effective from the date of its publication or the date of Our notice to You.

Pricing and Payments
All charges and prices listed are in Australian Dollars and include GST (if applicable).
The fee for each service will be disclosed upon your request, either through the ISCRIPT Platform or a Digital Consultation (as appropriate). Prior to finalizing your request, please ensure you have examined all applicable costs.
Payment can be made online using a credit card, debit card, or a PayPal account. Your payment details are required before you can request any service through ISCRIPT. Please provide them when confirming your request. (as applicable).
When you finalize a request for any service through ISCRIPT, you authorize ISCRIPT to perform an authorization check to confirm the validity of your payment details and the availability of funds to cover the requested services. This check doesn’t result in any charges to you. If your payment details don’t pass the authorization check, ISCRIPT may contact you to verify your payment information. Failure to provide authorized payment details may prevent you from finalizing your service requested.
Fee and Payment Terms Updates
ISCRIPT may, at its sole discretion, modify fees and payment terms for services at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on the platform and will apply to services requested after the change. If you’ve booked or paid for services before a fee or payment terms change but haven’t received the services before the change’s effective date, you won’t incur additional charges for the services at the time of receipt.
Refund Policy
Refunds for our service are granted at the sole discretion of ISCRIPT
Please understand that ISCRIPT Partner Doctors have the discretion to decline prescribing medication, issuing repeat prescriptions, or providing other requested services or referrals. Their decisions are final and do not entitle you to a refund.
Your refund will be seamlessly credited back to the original payment method you used for through our service. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account statement.
